Annual Report

(1) The Board shall cause to be prepared an annual report of University’s activities as soon as practicable after the close of each academic year, Provided that the first report shall be for the period beginning from the inception of the University or Board and ending on the thirty-first day of July of the year next following. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of sub- section (1), such report shall be for the period under review and shall include– (a) a description of the activities of the University; (b) details of the programme of studies offered by the University and the enrolment of students in such programmes; (c) comments on new and existing non-teaching programmes; (d) information on any research carried out by the (e) information on personnel; or (f) any other relevant information. 18 (3) A copy of the audited statement of accounts and the auditor’s report thereon shall be attached to the report referred to in sub-section (1). (4) The annual report shall be submitted to the Board and copied to the Minister no later than the thirty-first day of January of the year next following.
