Protection for action taken under this Act

No civil or criminal proceedings shall lie– (a) against the Board for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by the Board under this Act; or 15 (b) against the President, any member, officer, servant or agent of the Board, for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by the President, such member officer, servant or agent under this Act or on the direction of the Board.
