Rules

(1) The Minister, after joint consultation with the Education Council and the TVET Council may make Rules for the carrying out of the purposes of this Act. (2) Consultation required under subsection (1) of this section may be in any form the Minister deems it. (3) Rules made under subsection (1) of this section shall, as soon as they are made, be laid before the National Assembly and shall be subject to negative resolution.
