Arbitration Panel
Cap. 36:01, s. 71 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Minister may by Rules made under this Act establish an Arbitration Panel to arbitrate matters not falling within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
(2) Such Rules shall prescribe the composition, powers and functions of the Panel.
