Health conditions in schools
Cap. 36:01, s. 43 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Chief Education Officer in consultation with the Director of Health Services may make Regulations governing the health conditions to be observed in schools.

(2) Regulations made pursuant to subsection (1) of this section, shall be subject to the approval of the Minister.
