Appeals to the Tribunal

Every teacher aggrieved by an order, by the Managing Authority, for suspension without pay or on half pay, fine or loss of salary, deferment or stoppage of salary increment, demotion in rank, retirement in the interest of the profession, termination or dismissal from service may, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such order, proffer an appeal to the Appeals Tribunal in accordance with this Act and Rules made under Act.
