Prohibition on the use of certain information

Any person who, after procuring information respecting the contents of a paper referred to in section 6 or 7 of this Act, above but without obtaining possession of that paper, (a) gives that information to any other person; (b) permits that information to be given to any person; or (c) makes any other use of that information, commits an offence. from room.
