Minister may make orders

(1) The Minister may make Orders as appear necessary to him for generally giving effect to the aims, purposes and provisions of the Agreement. 5 (2) Any Order made pursuant to this section shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and if the National Assembly by resolution request that the Order laid before it be rescinded the Order shall be rescinded by the Minister but without prejudice to the validity of anything done there under.
