Delegation of functions

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Commission may delegate to any member of the Commission or to the Executive Committee or any Committee established under Belize National AIDS Commission[CAP. 34:01 11 section 8, the power and authority to carry out on its behalf such functions as the Commission may from time to time determine. (2) A delegation under sub-section (1) is revocable by the Commission and the delegation of the carrying out of a function shall not preclude its performance by the Commission.
