Submission of budget estimates

(1) The Executive Director shall, subject to the approval of the Commission, in such form and by such date as maybe prescribed by the Financial Secretary, prepare and submit to the Minister of Finance, estimates of revenue and expenditure (including any supplementary estimates) for the Commission in respect of each financial year, and the Minister of Finance shall present the said estimates to the National Assembly with such amendments, if any, as he may consider necessary. (2) Except with the approval of the Minister of Finance, no further sum shall be expended in any financial year other than that provided in the budget relating to such financial year.
