Standard Time

The Standard Time to be observed throughout Belize for all purposes whatever, save as hereinafter provided, shall be the mean time of Longitude ninety degrees West, which is seven minutes, seventeen seconds and twenty-seven hundredths of a second later than the mean time at Belize City and six hours later than Greenwich mean time.
