Indemnity to persons acting in conformity with the Act

No action, suit or other proceeding shall at any time be brought or instituted on behalf of the Crown or public against any applicant or any person claiming by, from or under him in respect of any trespass or encroachment authorised by any licence or permission granted under section 2 of this Act.
