Belize Archives And Records Service Act(Commencement ) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 33 of the Belize Archives and Records Service Act, 2004, I, MARK ESPAT, Minister of National Development, Investment and Culture, hereby appoint the 15th day of June, 2006 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
