Transitional provisions for records in the Belize Archives and Record Service

Records and archives in the custody of the Government Archivist on the day of the coming into operation of this Act are hereby transferred to the custody of the Director of the Belize Archives and Records Service subject to any terms and conditions that were applicable to those records and archives on that day.
