Functions of the Advisory Board

(1) The Advisory Board shall be responsible for, (a) advising the Minister on general policies relating to the management of records and (b) advising and supporting the Director in the efficient administration of the (c) such other matters as this Act may specifically assign or as the Minister may direct. (2) The Advisory Board shall by the 31st December in each year, prepare and submit a report to the Minister on its activities.
