Suspension notice

Where any development or other work is being carried out in respect of any heritage assetNational Cultural Heritage 50 (a) in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act; (b) which does not conform to guidelines and criteria established by NICH; or (c) which does not conform to any condition attached to a permission, NICH may serve a suspension notice on the owner or occupier of such heritage asset to suspend all such development or other work.
