Power of entry for purpose of ascertaining repairs

NICH may authorize the entry into a designated building or adjoining land for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not any, and if so, to what extent, restoration or repairs are necessary, or whether or not any, and if so, what restoration or repairs have been carried out, and whether such restoration or repairs have been carried out in the manner specified in a repairs notice served under this Part.
