Scope of section

Cap. 333:01, s. 44 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) This Part has effect despite anything in or authorized by the Building Act or any other Act but is subject to– (a) any regulation; or (b) any emergency order under the Building Act relating to the securing, pulling down or removal of dangerous buildings.
