Power to invest

(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, all moneys of the Fund not immediately required to be expended in the meeting of any obligations or the performance of any functions of the Council or NICH under this Act may be invested in such securities or other investments. (2) NICH may make an investment from the Fund, only after seeking written professional independent financial advice and after prior written approval from the Minister of Finance, and provided that the money to be used for the investment is not designated for a specific purpose unrelated to the intended investment.
