Annual Forum

(1) In the month of April every year, or at such other time as may be specified by the Board, the Institute shall organise a conference of distinguished artists, academics and other persons who in the opinion of the Minister can contribute effectively to the development and preservation of culture in (2) The conference will formulate policy guidelines and advise the Board on programmes and projects to be carried out in pursuance of the objectives of the Institute.
