Damage or destruction of monuments

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any person who– (a) wilfully damages, destroys or disturbs any ancient monument or in any way marks or defaces any ancient monument; or (b) wilfully removes any antiquity from any ancient monument or destroys any such commits of an offence. (2) Any person who wilfully causes or induces or attempts to cause or induce any other person to commit an offence under this Part or who knowingly aids and abets any other person in the commission of any such offence also commits an
