Acquisition of land adjacent to acquired ancient monuments

In the case of any Order pursuant to section 59(c), which includes any land adjacent to any ancient monument, no such Order shall have effect unless and until the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Act have been complied with in respect of such adjacent land.
