Obstruction, etc., of officers

Any person who obstructs, molests or hinders in any manner any other person in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 54, 55, or 57 commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both such fine and term of imprisonment.
