Reservation in State grant or lease
Cap. 331, s. 53 · Revised Edition 2020
On every grant or lease of national lands, it shall be an implied condition that there shall be specifically reserved to the State all rights of ownership in any ancient monument or antiquity which is found in or upon lands so granted or leased.
