Transfer of property

(1) The Minister responsible for Finance may, by Order published in the Gazette, transfer to the Institute any property belonging to the Government which appears to him to be necessary or useful to the Institute for carrying out its functions National Institute of Culture 16 and History under this Act, and such property shall vest in the Institute by virtue of the Order and without further assurance. (2) All property vested in the Institute under sub-section (1) of this section, shall be held in trust for the people of Belize.
