Application

(1) This Act applies in relation to all activities, facilities and practices involving the peaceful use of ionizing radiation conducted in Belize. (2) This Act shall not apply to– (a) non-ionizing sources of radiation; or (b) a type of exposure determined by the Office as not amenable to regulatory control under this Act.
