Appointment of inspectors

(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Office may, from time to time, appoint suitably qualified persons as inspectors, having regard to such qualifications as may be prescribed. (2) An inspector is under the general direction of the Office in the performance of functions. (3) The Office shall notify the appointments of inspectors in the Gazette.
