Publication of an application for high category sources

(1) Where the Office receives an application for high category sources as prescribed, it may, on two successive occasions within four weeks after the receipt, publish notification of the application in the Gazette and in two newspapers in national circulation in Belize, containing such information as may be prescribed. (2) The Office, in issuing a licence under this Act, shall take into consideration any objections received.
