Notification

(1) A person who proposes to undertake an activity or practice shall notify the Office of his intention in the prescribed form and manner. (2) Upon receipt of a notification under sub-section (1), the Office shall, within seven days after receipt, make a determination whether the proposed practice or activity requires (3) Where the Office determines under sub-section (2) that– (a) a licence is necessary, the Office shall inform the person in writing, to submit an application in accordance with section 13; or (b) a licence is not necessary, the Office shall inform the person in writing of that determination.
