Offences

Every person who, (a) obstructs any person authorised in writing by or on behalf of the Committee in the performance of any duty imposed on the Committee by or under this Act; or (b) refuses to give any information lawfully demanded by any such authorised person; or (c) otherwise contravenes any of the provisions of this Act, is guilty of an offence.
