Record of licenses

A person or authority authorized pursuant to regulation 5 to issue sport fishing licenses, shall keep a record of sales of such licenses in such a manner as the Minister may require and such records shall be made available at all reasonable times for inspection by a Fisheries Officer, authorized agent of CZMA, or a member of the Belize Coast Guard authorized by the Minister or by any other maritime agency of Belize authorized in that behalf.
