Delegation of power
Coastal Zone Management Authority (Sport Fishing) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
The Minister may, in writing, delegate his power to issue sport fishing licenses by authorizing any person or authority to issue sport fishing licenses, subject to conditions as the Minister may require.
