Revocation of licenses

Coastal Zone Management Authority (Sport Fishing) Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020

The Minister may revoke a sport fishing license wherelicences. (a) a licensee fails to comply with any terms and conditions of the license; (b) a licensee contravenes any of the provisions of these regulations; (c) the licensee is found to have contravened any provisions of the Fisheries Act or Regulations made thereunder.
