Commencement of Act No. 5 of 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Coastal Zone Management Act (No. 5 of 1998) and of all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RUSSELL GARCIA, Minister responsible for Agriculture and Fisheries, do hereby appoint the 8th day of May, 1998, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
