Annual report

(1) The Authority shall, as soon as is practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report containing– (a) an account of its transactions throughout the preceding year in such detail as the Minister may direct; and (b) a statement of the accounts of the Authority audited in accordance with section 29. (2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report, together with the annual statement of accounts and the auditor’s report thereon, to be laid on the table of the House of Representatives.
