Open-burning of sugar cane fields
Environmental Protection (Prohibition Of The Open-Burning Of Refuse And Other Combustible Matter) Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020
Notwithstanding regulation 3, the open-burning of sugar cane fields prior to the harvesting of sugar cane is not prohibited.
