Subdivision of hazardous waste prohibited

Environmental Protection (Hazardous Waste) Regulations, reg. 22 · Revised Edition 2020

No person shall divide a hazardous waste in order to avoid the requirements of these Regulations or in order to meet the exemptions provided for in regulation 4.
