Prohibitions

No transporter shall– (a) store hazardous waste for a period exceeding ten days before or after transportation; (b) collect, transport or deliver hazardous waste stored in deficient containers; (c) accept hazardous waste without having previous acceptance of the treatment or final disposal plant where it will be received; (d) transport simultaneously incompatible hazardous waste in the same vehicle.
