Designation of DNA

Environmental Protection (Clean Development Mechanism), reg. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry is the designated National Authority for Belize. the DNA. (2) The Chief Executive Officer may delegate its functions under regulation 4 to one or more officers in the Department of Meteorology or any other Department within the Ministry.
