Form of permit to import a restricted product
Environmental Protection (Pollution From Plastics) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
A permit to import a restricted product shall beSchedule IV.
(a) in the form set out in Schedule IV;
(b) for one-time importation; and 186 Environmental Protection
(c) valid for one hundred and eighty days.
