Permit application

(1) An application for a permit to import a restricted product shallSchedule III. (a) be in the form set out in Schedule III; and (b) be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of twenty-five dollars. (2) If the restricted product being imported is biodegradable, compostable or degradable, the application, as set out in Schedule III, shall include, where applicableSchedule III. (a) product certification and safety data sheet; or (b) third-party certification showing that the has undergone a at an independent testing laboratory.
