Conditions for permits or licences under regulation 29 or 30

A permit or licence granted under regulation 29 or 30, as the case may be, shall30. (a) be valid for a specific amount of the prohibited product, to be determined by the Chief Environmental Officer; and (b) for a specific period of time, as may be necessary for the research or academic purpose, as determined by the Chief Environmental Officer. 200 Environmental Protection CAP 229:03.
