Manufacture of a restricted product without a licence

Any person that manufactures a restricted product without a licence commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction toEnvironmental Protection 195 (a) a fine, not less than ten thousand dollars but not exceeding twenty thousand dollars; (b) imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months; (c) closure of the facility; or (d) a combination of any of the above.
