Renewal of licence to manufacture a restricted product

(1) An application for the renewal of a licence to manufacture a restricted product shall be– (a) in the form set out in Schedule VI; and (b) submitted during the period of 1st October to 1st December of the year the licence shall expire. (2) An applicant who fails to apply for the renewal of a licence to manufacture a restricted product within the time specified in subregulation (1)(b) shall pay an additional fee of one hundred dollars.
