Installation of equipment emitting unreasonable noise

A person who installs on or in any premises any equipment which he knows or would have known had he exercised reasonable care, that when so installed and operated emits an unreasonable noise, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of not less than three months.
