Dumping of refuse etc. on waters

(1) No person shall dump, deposit, place, throw or leave rubbish, refuse, debris, bildge, filthy or odoriferous objects, substances or other trash, from a marine craft on any waters or the shorelines of any waters of Belize. (2) No person, whether or not he is the owner, operator, guest or occupant of a boat, shall remove, place, leave or discharge or cause to be removed, placed, left or discharged any container of inadequately treated wastewater in any waters of Belize.
