Haulage of wastewater

Pollution Regulations, reg. 28 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Department may designate disposal areas for the receipt of wastewater from cesspool emptiers. Environmental Protection 109 (2) The Department may give directions as to the times during which the hauling of wastewater is permitted.
