(1) No person shall cause or permit the discharge of particulate matter into the atmosphere, in any one hour from an existing process source, except from incineration and fuel- burning equipment, the total quantity of which is in excess of the amount specified by the Department. 104 Environmental Protection (2) The rate of emission shall be determined on the basis of the process weight rate.
