Airborne dust
Pollution Regulations, reg. 11 · Revised Edition 2020
No person shall cause or permit the extracting, crushing,
screening, handling or conveyance of materials or other operations likely to give rise to airborne dust without taking reasonable precautions, by means of spray bars or wetting agents, to prevent particulate matter form becoming airborne.
