Operation and maintenance of sewerage systems

(1) All sewers and sewerage systems shall be maintained in a good working order and sanitary manner to the satisfaction of the Department. (2) The owner of any sewerage system shall keep daily weekly, and additional records in such forms as may be specified by the Chief Environmental Officer, of the operation and maintenance of the sewage purification plant and all such records shall be open for inspection by the officers of the Department.
